Julie (Office Manager, Treatment/Insurance Coordinator)
Julie was born and raised in Pointe Coupee Parish where she still lives with her husband of 29 years, Brent, and her daughter, Chloe. Julie has been in the dental field for over 30 years and joined Biggio Dental Care in 2013 as the Office Manager. She is extremely knowledgeable in all aspects of dentistry and what it takes to keep the day running smoothly. Julie takes pride in consulting with patients to ensure each individual patient receives the best personal care. In her free time, she enjoys cooking, shopping and spending time with her family and friends.
Jessica (Scheduling Coordinator)
Jessica is from Walker, LA. She has been in the dental field for many years and thoroughly enjoys being part of our outstanding team. She joined Biggio Dental Care in early 2024. Jessica works endlessly conversing back and forth with patients and is always eager to accommodate their needs. While not in the office, she enjoys playing pool with her friends and spending time with her family.
Leighann (Registered Dental Hygienist)
Leighann grew up in Denham Springs, LA. She received her Bachelor of Science in Dental Hygiene in 2005 from LSU School of Dentistry in New Orleans where she met her husband, Dr. Chad Biggio. She and Dr. Biggio now reside in Baton Rouge with their three beautiful girls. Leighann has a passion for dental hygiene and takes pride in getting to know each of her patients. Outside of the office she enjoys spending time with her family and friends, a good dance party, LSU sports, going to the beach, working out and playing pickleball.
Makayla (Registered Dental Hygienist)
Makayla joined Biggio Dental Care in June of 2024. She grew up in Geismar, Louisiana. Makayla earned her Bachelor of Science in Dental Hygiene from the University of Louisiana Monroe in 2024. Her favorite part of being a dental hygienist is getting to know each one of her patients and making sure they leave with a beautiful healthy smile. In her spare time, Makayla loves spending time with her family, friends and her dog and of course shopping.
Maddi (Registered Dental Hygienist)
Maddie was born and raised in Baton Rouge. She attended St. Joseph’s Academy then LSU and LSU School of Dentistry where she earned a degree in Bachelor of Science in Dental Hygiene. She has been at Biggio Dental Care since she got out of school in 2019! She loves chatting with her patients and making personal connections which ultimately builds their trust. Her daily goal is to form realistic oral hygiene instructions for each individual patient and making sure her patients are comfortable in the dental chair. In her free time, she and her husband love to travel, being outdoors and spending time with their nieces and nephews (all 20 of them)!!!
Mona (Expanded Duty Dental Assistant)
Known for her contagious laugh and witty humor, Mona, a girl from her home state of Massachusetts, loves nothing more than her two sons and dental assisting at Biggio Dental Care. She has been a dental assistant for 9 years and has been a part of our team for 5 years and counting. Mona often shares the reason she became a dental assistant is because she loves being part of transforming smiles. On her days off, Mona is constantly running her boys around to their sporting events and spending time outside.
Courtney (Expanded Duty Dental Assistant)
Courtney is new to Louisiana! She is originally from Texas where she assisted for 3 years before moving here in June of 2024 and joining Biggio Dental Care. For Courtney, the patient experience is her priority. She works hard to ensure they feel comfortable in our office. She truly enjoys helping patients to understand and implementing their individual treatment plan. Since moving to Louisiana, Courtney has grown to be a HUGE tiger fan! When she isn’t working, she enjoys spending time with friends and family.
